Hello! Thank you so much for taking your valuable time to get to know me. I believe all good connections are personal. We are drawn to those we relate to or want to learn from. I personally have been through many psychological and physical health challenges that have nearly broke me. I'm happy to say they didn't!

I have been married for over 26 years to a very supportive husband who has made it possible for me to have the space to heal. Without his support, I wouldn't be where I am now. We have successfully over come deep intimate issues from the past that at times made me question everything, especially my sanity! We raised a son while I was battling depression, debilitating anxiety, PTSD, low self worth, food allergies, hormone imbalance, insomnia, an eating disorder, experienced trauma from complex boundary ruptures, debilitating OCD, suicidal ideations and more. Needless to say, our son didn't have the upbringing I wish he had. But I know the work I have done in more recent years will benefit him in the future. I am proud of myself for the hard work I’ve done. My experience taught me that all of us humans are resilient and capable of things that can feel miraculous! I can't tell you how many times I broke down impossible walls to find yet another astonishing garden of possibilities! And I am 100% confident that YOU can heal from ANYTHING you've ever gone through and from any condition you might currently be experiencing. I am so passionate about helping women heal. Our bodies and minds are amazing, and WANT to heal, given the right tools. We are more resilient than we ever have realized!

I was fortunate enough to find the right support to help me along the way. And now I help women with some of the same tools and have picked up a few more along the way. :)

Besides all the trauma and health issues that led me to where I am so grateful to be… I am also a very creative person. I love making things out of nothing. I love painting, sewing, crafting, designing and throwing parties, baking, laughing at goofy things, dressing up, dancing, traveling and learning about pretty much everything! I get very driven and focused on things that are important to me. I believe when there is a will, there is absolutely a way! I love fiercly. I am extremely devoted to the people I love. I am a lover of God and get giddy excited about nature. I am brave and strong willed and can also be very quiet and thoughtful. I love bringing people together, or networking and making people laugh. I adore animals and nature walks. But mostly I love working! Working with women I know I can help!
